Producer Bob Ezrin says the important thing to Kiss’s success was getting women to love them

Producer Bob Ezrin has revealed that his position in producing Kiss’s destroyer was to show the band into one which was common with women.

Talking to the Rockonteurs podcast (opens in new tab) – hosted by Pink Floyd/David Gilmour bassist Man Pratt and former Spandau Ballet guitarist Gary Kemp, who each play with Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets and techniques – Ezrin says that Kiss solely appealed to 15-year-old boys previous to Destroyer, which was launched in March 1976.
