“The purpose of education is to make good human beings with Skills and expertise… Enlightened human beings can be created by teachers.” APJ Abdul Kalam.

In most Educational Institutions I have interacted and worked with, students are primarily evaluated on Lower-level Thinking Skills such as Memorisation, Remembrance and Examination (Based on the former two). The predominant examination methods are the Short-Answers, Multiple-Choice and Matching Questions and the Academic Paper. We need a Holistic and Foundational Method to prepare our students for the Future, not just in terms of Jobs but for Personal management and other core functions of life. It also has to be noted that there is an inflated demand for self-directed employees who can acclimate and comprehend in a quick manner, think critically, innovate and express.
